SMS Terms and Conditions

These SMS Terms and Conditions govern the text messaging (SMS/MMS) program operated by Icon Realty Services, Inc. (“Icon,” “we,” or “us”).

Program Description

Icon property managers use text messages to communicate with homeowners, HOA board members, and vendors of the associations we manage about association-related matters, such as maintenance and repair updates, inspection and vendor scheduling, building notices, HOA meeting reminders, and responses to questions. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Consent to Receive Messages

You may opt in by providing your mobile number to your Icon property manager and expressly agreeing to receive text messages about your association. If you text your property manager first, we may respond to your inquiry. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

How to Opt Out

You can stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to a message from us. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent from that number unless you opt in again. To opt in again, contact your property manager or call (818) 436-7570.

Message Frequency and Rates

Message frequency varies based on your communications with your property manager and association needs. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.

Carrier Liability

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and device and is not guaranteed.

Privacy

Please review our SMS Privacy Policy: www.iconrealtyservices.com/sms-privacy-policy. We do not share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in/consent information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with service providers as needed to operate the text messaging program.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms and Conditions by posting a revised version with an updated effective date.
